Tanks not moving at all

I built 4 factories on a flat plains, and there were like 2 tanks each factory. There were plenty of spaces to move around, but my tanks didn't move no matter what type of command lines I drew. As time passed, tanks stacked up, and they got destroyed one by one by enemy infantries.

They did fight back when they were attacked, still holding their position.

I wanted to attach some screenshots but it seems I can't.

Is this just a bug? When could we have enhanced path-finding AI? I see potential interest and fun in this game, so I wanna get the problem solved instead of getting refund.

I had this happen to me too. It took me awhile to figure out that tanks and planes do not move without energy. Energy = fuel. Once you get a supply of energy your tanks will move and fight.
