Skill uses and recharges

Just a few quick words about this that I wish i had known sooner. The terms "charge" and "use" are the same thing in these notes.

1. Skills have a basic number of uses, how many times you can use it, duh.
2. Skills can be recharged by chests you open, or those little diamonds some monsters drop.
3. The number under the skill is the number of uses remaining. If that number is white, it can use a recharge. If that number is gold/yellow/orange then it is fully charged.
4. If you pick up recharges while all your skills are fully charged, it's a waste. Wait and come back for them after you have used your skills a few times.
