I found that if you use the clear all option and highlight the area it clears this problem of course you also loose the stone and trees as well

If possible, can you please post a screenshot of the Inaccessible part?
For now, trying to remove rocks/trees or clear all option and highlight the area as @jackwolfskinuk1 mention
