Laborers are the ones cutting down trees, so you might need a higher number of laborers. (too few laborers and they will prioritize hauling goods before cutting down those trees)
You might need to build less buildings with job slots, or manually control the number of laborers.
Hope this helps :)
ps. In the long-term, I will need to think more about how to make this more obvious :D
...and more visual as well. The text under the town hall is so difficult to read, especially in winter, with a white font in front of all the (white) snow in the background.
You could maybe put a transparent gray background there, like it is done here, when you write a (also white font) comment. ;)
I really love your game, as you did everything right to the point. I never expected a pre-release game already that good. Even the music never gets boring, which is really a rarity for long time games like this!
Thank you so much
Nii (an old lady from Thailand, and where we have never seen snow in real life)
Anyway, good to have some clarity about that bcuz my evolution in the game was quite hard, bcuz i couldn`t understand why ppl aren`t cutting trees lol
nah i have a lot of labourers but they just dont cut trees. this needs fixing :(
