Shogunate STARTING Rice Plantation does NOT UNLOCK FARM

Yet this can be the first card you start with, but cannot use till you research Cabbage or Med.Herbs. Is this intentional?

Did you build the plantation? Should be like any other plantation building like cannabis or tobacco etc. Soon as you build it, farm unlocks.

I know that sounds like a potentially dumb question. But, when I played shogun back when they released the faction, I did not experience this problem. So either you missed that the plantation needs to be built, or, it's a new bug.

Rice breeder is what it is called skin to any other form of breeder/s like tulip, cannabis etc. Breeders must be built before you can unlock farms. I guess only Duchess has the wheat card starting card and it unlocks farms immediately.

I can confirm that once build it unlock the farm.
