Military cards

I recently found and bought this game and I am absolutely hooked on it, but I have a question. Where and/or how do I get military cards?

Military units in upgrade tree and some military cards when you reach enlightenment age you can buy military cards like standing army which give you more military units.

Above your town hall there is a button that says train units. That is where you can train the units youve learnd.

Yes I learned that a while ago but thank you for that. I appreciate it. My question was more to do with the game asking for military cards and at what stage we can get them. Seems we cannot attack another town/village/city without military cards.
