Completing the Zoo

I understand that Pandas are hard to come by since they only spawn in Jungle biome (I've yet to see one). But Black and Brown bears seem just as impossible to find. Unless I'm missing something, I've looked over every single Tile (in road build mode so the trees are hidden), and after about 30-60 minutes I have yet to see a single bear.

Is this just the game play for the Zoo to balance it? Or do bears just not spawn on some seeds?

I think that is no really the biomes ....by the continents :
i found black bear only on one continent....
I saw a video where the player totally randomless fall on Pandas and that was not in a jungle biome, cos he put the QG on a safe biome...
I am playing on a big map and it is true than that begin to be really boring to try to found the Panda and the brown bear .....
Confirmed : i found the brown bear on only one continent...Majority Toundra province
Edit : i stop my research cos cramps on the hands ...and i am afraid that it was only on one territory............

Early in the game I have found Pandas coming out of the woods onto my farmland in the Temperate Biome - even posted screenshots when others didn't believe me. I'm guessing that Pandas are rare, since when actually looking for one, I've never found one.

Some animals will only spawn in specific areas: certain deer & bear.

spent two years game time looking for the animals. HINT: try searching for the bears in mid to late springtime, just like real bears coming out of hibernation. I found both in the mix fruit/pine tree areas, near the mountains. hope this helps.

Yes they can be killed by hunter, but should respawn after a while.

In the very near future, I think I’ll add a button for players to pay a lot of money to track them down :D

As an old player of Anno 1800 , i may told you how that was more sad than frustating to never don't be able to finished the Zoo and the Museum at the beginning..
So only one Dlc resolve the problem , So that was intented...............
Pay for was really the best solution..^^

Gonna add Something Here AS Well, playing Kingdoms reborn for quite a while now, to be exact i have a around 300 hours and quite a few Games that i played AND, in all of those dozens of Game i actually managed only once to find a Panda.
Never Had Problems with any of the other animals.

I guess that Panda has cloaking skills, I feel like Arnold in the jungle...

I have almost 450 hours in the game and I have noticed that the bears are seasonal. Winter is bad to find them, after spring is when they start popping up more. Slow the game down and just keep scrolling, they will pop up eventually.
