Notes for the Devs after 60 hours
This is great game, really enjoying it and i hope you keep going on it!
Here are my experiences 60 hours in, playing all default game settings & Normal difficulty.
I ran about 3 false starts before kicking off my first thriving village. The learning process was pretty quick and intuitive. After a full 1 play-through to victory, i started my current kingdom with knowledge of almost all buildings, cards, functions, etc.

Now i have a kingdom with 3,000 people in the main + 4 colonies for a total of 4,800 people globally. I have over $100,000,000 in the bank and am making ~$10,000 per second on 3x speed :) I 'won' long ago by building the 2 big wonders, but am still enjoying making new colonies and optimizing things, filling up the zoo and museum, etc.

Performance is still quite decent at 1x and 2x speed.
3x is playable, can only run 4x speed when zoomed all the way out.
All graphics to max. i'll put my specs at the bottom.

Here are a few quality of life and longevity things i'd recommend addressing in upcoming releases:

#1 The $250,000 income bug. When you reach over $250,000 in income, it starts to drain your funds rapidly...so i've been playing this whole metagame where i try to stay under that level with things like lower taxes, the social welfare card, setting every building budget to max, etc. I'm now at a point where i cant do much more expect build massive complexes of World Trade Offices in the desert as a money sink.

#2 Colony distance. I'd like to build more remote colonies than the currently allowed 1,000 tiles from main town hall. If you want to make it difficult to achieve, allow it to be 1,000 tiles from the nearest colony so you force logistics colonies as hubs across the map.

#3 Tourism and Trade routes in colonies...Currently hotels in your colonies do not register trade routes to nearby cities (they all get attributed to your main townhall), so they receive no visitors. I was hoping to make some kind of 'destination resort' style luxury colonies. Perhaps an idea for an expansion.

#4 Statistics Office per colony...currently it seems all revenue, expenses, trade, etc are aggregated, making it somewhat difficult to get a feel for a colony's P&L...I like being able to spend the treasury anywhere, but would like to be able to see the P&L for each colony, as well as the Net Trade for each item in each colony and Overall. (P.S. i do like that the Trading Companies are independent in each colony, this is critical, keep it!)

#5 Allow 'merge' of minor cities...When playing all diplomacy you don't want to RAZE any minor cities, so it would be cool to get a good enough relationship with them where they allow you to build anything on their land and blend their 'historic city' in to your landscape.

#6 Open up some kind of 'deep mining' late game tech where all of your depleted mines have a chance with an upgrade to reveal more Gem/Stone/Coal/Gold and kick back on for awhile.

#7 The World Trade Offices don't seem to work at all. I have around 10 trying to push the price of gold ore down and gold bars up and the opposite is happening.

A few other minor ideas:
- sheep make milk in addition to wool and meat.
- add goats that give an earlier milk option than cattle.
- cheesemaking for all civs.
- What purpose could libaries and schools serve after the whole tech tree is researched?
- Tobacco as a luxury1 resource + since you have the realism of cannabis & magic mushrooms already (excellent design choice), throw in coca and poppy farming? :)
- Add a trading company PORT building with higher capacity
- More party/fun/entertainment buildings in general - Festival/fair grounds, Circus, etc.
- Enable some kind of events at the Expo Hall that create a surge in tourism or something.

SPECS:
I7 10870H @2.2GHZ 8 Core
NVIDIA RTX 3060 Latop GPU
32MB Ram
1TB SSD

That's all for now i think.
Thanks again for the great game!

Good notes.

I'm at a sprawling town of about 1,500 right now. I would really like more victory conditions. I vassalized all the other AI when I was at about 700 pop, I feel like once you do that, it should be a win condition. That said, the AI should try to attempt more raids on players at higher difficulty levels, I think.

I would really love some kind of win screen for the different types. Maybe not a full Civilization cinematic, but a splash of a different portrait for econ, military, diplomatic, etc. It would be very satisfying to have some statistics and graphs show up as well. I do like sandbox games, but I really appreciate 4x style games having some goals/conditions that are more laid out and clear. I really miss having more info screens to check on things/progress.
