EDIT: Yes, the army card attribute is stackable per city hall per colony and is count for the global unit amount (Not for the same city hall)
I've been on the search for ages for a good replacement for my childhood favorite: Settlers 4. Going Medieval has been enjoyable, having similar vibes to S4, but it's too... micromanage-y. I've been seeing this advertised for a while, but it only promotes the same "brave the harsh weather" vibe as Timberborn.
