MORE UPGRADES for Desert town hall -updated!

Playing dutchy dropped town hall on a desert tile. Leveled up the town hall and ONLY TWO UPGRADES are available for the town hall; Desert industry and desert GEM. The later two card are the worst. IF you do not start near gems or gold that is useless. In my case i dropped on desert tile and was surrounded by Forrest re rolled the save several time and those are the only two card you get. Its better to drop on the the grass tile. That Desert industry card is a NIGHTMARE If you are not surrounded by all desert you take a serious hit to food. -50% is too steep it should be a trade off -20 and +20 it should be a swap off evenly between the two especially since the other climate location cards are actually good. As for Desert gem 30% productivity to MINES period
