I haven't tested it but I'd assume so. I never bother using them together though through lack of need.

Just remember that if they do, they'll both improve the base science production of the houses that are in both of their AoE's but they WON'T upgrade the already boosted number. So a 2.2 science house (at base value) would produce 7 science, assuming both school and lbrary works.
Basically i'm telling you to test it yourself if you want an answer and I'm even giving you the expectected result on a level one oe two house (I can't remeber which, exactly that applies to, so try both). Someone might pop up already having done it though >: ]

Yes they do stack. Hover your mouse over the science bar on your house to see a breakdown of science points
