90% off sound attractive, but for who just want an upgrade to Deluxe, have to buy the Base game with Deluxe. I think such price for a few DLC is not worth it.

To get Deluxe Edition you need to permanently remove game from library, then buy deluxe edition.

Wait... steam allow us to buy the game again no matter we already own the game. But remove game from library and buying deluxe edition cost the same price too. It's a long way to get the same result.
