Report a translation problem
I made a thread in the general forum, but no response.
I also reached out to Avalanche support, with no response.
Hey, I'm really sorry about the silence on this issue. We received a lot of similar reports and unfortunately, were not able to figure out a solution to the problem before Next Fest ended. We're still investigating and reports like yours are really helpful.
Unfortunately for me, I purchased second extinction AND generation zero more than 14 days ago, so steam refuses give me a refund. At this point, Avalanche has essentially stolen my money.
I have not been banned. I haven't done anything wrong. My PC is capable of running the games. Yet I'm unable to use the products I've paid for.
After several tickets to steam and showing them that Avalanche support can't do anything to help, they refunded me thankfully.
0/10. Would not recommend any games run by avalanche using this account system. It's a bummer because I was really looking forward to ravenbound.
