Ice wizard quest is uncompletable
The Ice wizard quest is uncompletable when you take a photo of a strange cube in his room before his present, the quest becomes soft lock. Or there's other solution that I can walk around?

I was able to finish the quest even when I took a photo of the cube before he was in the room. If you check the computer in his tower, it should tell you the % of cubes you have found, make sure it says 100%
