No longer able to start, black screen, spinning wheel of death, Apple M1/Big Sur
I was able to download, install and play this game just fine last night, the day the game went live. But since the update, it won't start up.

The game window appears to open up, but it's all black, with Apple's dreaded spinning rainbow wheel of death, until it eventually force quits on its own, without prompting an Apple "unexpectedly quit" report. I've given it four tries at this point without success, I have no other applications running. Help!
