Tell me how can I FINISH perfect achievement?

Does It means that I must finish all seven stages without hurt? Even if I EATING ONE PUNCH to pass the game,the achievement can't acquire?

Yes, exactly. On Cadet mode you can easily achieve it on very first section.

Hello. Can`t get this achievement. Not in arcade, not in campaign. Tryed 3x times with different characters. Its my last achievement.

I am sure that none touched me before next arena but no achievement unlock. Rules has changed for this achievement?

No, there is no rule change for this since the game is released.

But how to get it? Dude from video, gets achievement in the begging of the next area. But for me, its not working. Why?

Also, in this guide (at the very bottom), guy wrote that its must be unlocked in the first area, before entering to the second area.

Seems, you need to delete your save file and create new one.
