All of the challenge rooms need at least a brief explanation
Example cases: "Walls are lava" and "traffic light" do not tell you enough about what the challenge entails. I still don't know what "traffic light" requires me to do bc I failed it nearly instantly.

Essentially Traffic Light is you can move at any time and freely, as does everything else. When the lights turn yellow, you have to stop before it turns red. Everything, enemies and projectiles and such, all freeze during red light. You basically can't move during red light, but you can move again when it becomes green again.

EDIT: in hindsight, a little snippet wouldn't do anything wrong, I think?
Some are obvious, but why not something like

ENEMY REVIVE
- Some enemies have a second chance! -

TRAFFIC LIGHT
- Green light go, red light stop! -

VOIDLING
- The Void has touched some of the creatures here... -

Stuff like that?

I feel like the explanation blurbs should err on the side of descriptive rather than vague or metaphorical. Ex. : "The Void has touched some of the creatures here" tells me essentially nothing about the mechanics of the challenge & reads as flavor text.

I grow more annoyed with "walls are lava" challenge b/c often you have to go down multiple one-unit-width corridors with very imprecise controls & you don't know exactly where the collision is on your character's sprite.

Also, completing any failed challenge rooms (which you have to in order to continue playing) will damage you down to a fraction of one health bar. These two things happening back to back have made me quit out more than once. Like, f*** you too, game, damn.

The challenge room that really annoys me is the Walls Are Lava one, because it often spawns you in a tight hallway where your character sprite is ALREADY overlaying with the edge of the level, so any slightest movement disqualifies you in less than a second.

This is an easy fix by just setting the room parameters for that challenge not to start in tiny narrow passages. Like spawn in the middle, or make sure that challenge has a larger opening at the entrance.

I brought this up in the discord with a screenshot of my own showing the problem and was told indirectly that the devs had mentioned being aware of and intending to fix that specific issue (tight hallways)

The walls are lava challenge should just burn you, not fail you.
