That article mentions Rotwood in the same breath as Lab Rat. I think it just means mobile exclusive, but it'll be out elsewhere, just not on any other mobile platforms, because you can play Rotwood via Steam right now (and should, it's fun).

Not abandoned. We are no longer launching on Netflix, and will instead be coming to Steam very, very soon. I'm sorry for the delay, and I hope the game was worth the wait <3
