BUGFIX: Player could not complete level if undoing or resetting after the gate is unlocked at the end of the spider boss level.
BUGFIX: Level would remain dark when returning from the combat simulator to the village.
BUGFIX: Some in-game signs were not being rendered.
BUGFIX: MVH characters would sometimes act broken causing some levels unable to be completed.
BUGFIX: The exit button in the Old Labs level select screen could not be activated when using a controller.
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable is now included on Steam. We were previously relying entirely on Steam to install the redistributable.
Other minor changes and bugfixes.

Great Job Achievement

I've finished the game and completed all the tests, but I didn't encounter this achievement. Does anyone know where/how it triggers?

BUGFIX: Ambient SFX would become distorted at lower SFX volumes.
BUGFIX: The Tier IV "A Mysterious Princess" levels could not be completed when entering via the green pipe in the Village.
We were not able to reproduce this bug so we are not certain that our fix was successful. Please let us know if you continue to have issues.
BUGFIX: Incorrect colorblind symbols when a block is rotated from it's starting orientation.
Other minor changes and bugfixes.

- BUGFIX: Player character would cover poll response screen in ultrawide resolutions.
- BUGFIX: Using undo while certain actions were resolving could leave the level in an invalid state.
- BUGFIX: Continuing after completing the game would result in broken controls.
- BUGFIX: Incorrect color blind symbols in final Tier 2 level.
- BUGFIX: "Time Not Solving" on tester profile would show a negative time.
-- This was due to total play time not being properly tracked when closing the game or switching save slots. This will be tracked correctly moving forward, affected players will receive the Temporally Inconsistent trait.
- CHANGE: Reduced volume on rewind SFX.
- CHANGE: Reduced volume of [spoilers omitted] sound effects.
- CHANGE: Tier 1, Level 3: Leaderboard now shows milliseconds.
- CHANGE: Modified logic for playing "correct"/"incorrect" SFX when placing blocks on goal tiles to be more understandable.
- Other minor changes and bugfixes.

How long is the game?

Tossing up a number of different purchases at the moment (April is a heck of a month for puzzle games!), and am interested in roughly how long it takes to complete 'Lab Rat'. (Not that $/hr is the deciding factor, but it is relevant!)

Came for the puzzles, stayed for the writing—and loved both. 10/10, very fun concept executed extremely well.

A hilarious, 6-hour puzzle game experience that very intelligently pokes fun at game design tropes and established games. It´s comparably difficult, at least I as a person who rarely plays puzzle games would rate it that way. It requires you to think outside of the box regularly, yet it is very rewarding once you figure something out!

I´d definitely recommend it!

Very clever puzzle game. It borrows inspiration from a lot of different games in the genre, but more in the sense that it borrows thematic components than cribbing puzzle design. The game stays very internally consistent with a strong evolution of puzzle design as the game progresses.

99.1% Progress

I've completed the game, and as far as I can tell completed all puzzles... I'm showing 110 completed. Any way to tell which one I'm missing? Or is there a post-game puzzle that unlocks somewhere that I'm missing?

Bug on Mysterious woods part 1

Don't know if the devs will see this, but the dumb brother with the basketball head won't grab onto his sister. Had to leave the level and come back in to pass the level. For 5 minutes I thought he had a different mechanic than all the other grabby bots, because he is dumber than them.... Even went and watched a walkthrough...
