Question about career

If i press New Career will it restart my journal? or will everything be saved

I seem to recall just trying to restart a 250 East career after completing a 250 West career. I was shocked that it reset me to NO progress in Futures and 250 West as well. I don't remember if I bothered checking to see if all my unlocked Futures and Rookie Abilities were still there, but I resorted to reloading the save folder after setting it aside when I finished 250 West.

SO glad I had that save set aside. Milestone should not be pulling this crap just for starting a new 250 East career, and this is with the latest patch too.
