I can not find any league racing too. May be someone create one day, cause you need to start with something.

i will be taking part and running a series called Primetime Online Tournament (PTOT, PTSX and PTGP) we were somewhat of a support series on xbox for a while. first year running it on pc find all info on @primetimeot on instagram.

there aren't any "tournaments", but there is a series called DMR that happens for every milestone mx/sx game. https://discord.gg/8Hj5PzZCAZ that is the link to the discord if you are interested
