From Drakondier, conquer Arkmagius first. Buy as many troops as you can and put all your troops into the garrisons at Drakondier and Arkmagius to defend them from Arglaxx. Then head back to Drakondier and up to Shackleford on the left. Then move north all the way to Suul's Gateway at the top, and across to Ettania in the north-east.
Keep buying troops and garrisoning them at Arkmagius and Drakondier on each turn.
You should be able to do this with a few turns to spare - it just depends if you have a bit of luck with Arglaxx not beseiging your castle or Arkmagius.
Good luck, crusader!
Oli
Dear Oli
Thanks you for the tip! I didn't realise you can upgrade provinces without having your army stationed in them. I'm also glad to see you patched some of the bugs. I wish you the best of luck developping the game further!
