Playable with randoms or friends only?

I think about buying this game, but no one in my friendlist will buy it. So is it able to play with random players? Does it have an in-game voice chat?

Bro, buy it. I bought it, nobody to play it with either, haven't even played it really until I have a coop partner lol and yes theres are random lobbies as well as friends up to 3 players. Add me if you want brutha!
