When i first installed it everything worked fine till i tried to start playing lol. My bf was able to succesfully enter the lobby but i kept getting a unity error. I uninstalled it and then installed it again and everything went just fine! great game, just minor bugs, keep it up :) :bye_cat:

Is anyone else having trouble putting items into your backpack outside of your own server?
I can use my tickets to purchase items, but they don't show up in inventory so I can't put them in my backpack. I can in my own server, just not someone else's. Is that on purpose or a glitch?

Only the host can add/remove items for now.

the second time i played the first map with other friends of mine the puzzle (where you have to put the word equinoxes) broke. we went into the maze unlocked the puzzle found 2 slates (equ and xes) we didnt find INO yet but we put the password in (mostly because we just wanted to get to the second stage cause i hadnt been there yet aswell) but the gate wouldnt open. we thought then that maybe you had to actively be around the answer blocks (maybe wasnt working because we didnt actually see the letters INO) but then 3 deaths later i arrive back after having seen all letters. gate still wouldnt open.

maybe a reset switch somewhere to reset the puzzle?

It's best to join the Discord when this happens for help, but for the time being if your friend is getting stuck on the Early Access screen specifically, they can try hitting left Alt + Enter when they get to that screen. This will put them in windowed mode, then they can change their resolution after they get to the main menu and go back into fullscreen. The issue is most often caused by a weird resolution getting chosen when launching the game for the very first time, or the first time after reinstalling if it's been a while.

If that doesn't work, if they join the Discord and post in #support, we're happy to help there, as we may end up needing to collect a player log file from them if our next steps don't work to assess what could be wrong.

Heya, if you join the Discord, check the #support channel. It has instructions on how to regain your cosmetics (and anything else you lost like your levels, tickets, store items, etc.) using backups.

idk if I was the only one but me and my 2 friends have this weird issue that when we brought our payed for items like the flashlight for the case file, only one of us got to use it even though all 3 of us brought one. is this a design oversight or a really bad glitch?

The host controls the inventory, so the host will need to buy and bring 3 items if each of you need one. If you buy items when you're not the host, they'll be available in your inventory to bring into a case the next time you host.

Encountered a soft lock on level 5. When we went to repair the sluice gates we put the parts into the single sluice gate and the first of the paired sluice gates. Afterwards we were not able to put parts into the second of the paired sluice gates and had no way to progress without restarting the level.
