So I got all secret sign & unlock the server room in shred. But I cannot recall any clue to unlock the server

Oh I think it has to do with this site from the QR code, I just assumed it was some game website during my playthrough so didn't scan it lol

So, you are trying to find a secret ending :) Good to know that.

First of all, try http://robotcaptcha.com/. If you found all the secret symbols - you will be able to get a password. The order matters so please, be careful.

We figured it out yesterday with my son, it was great fun. I had scanned the QR code but forgot about it. Then yesterday evening when I picked up my phone I saw the site there, and that's when we figured it out and got the secret ending.

Two endings left for another time.

Did you scan the QR code using other device like your mobile phone or the screen from the PC?
