I can't show my id

So after reaching the day 6 the officer arrived and asked me to show them to my id however when i open the inventory to show them to my id the only option appears on my calculator is a decline button. I tried to give them by dragging on them but it didn't worked as well. Am i missing something ? https://prnt.sc/8nrjhWDRm1vH

It should work the same as when you presented the silver bracelet or the tamagotchi to the customers on previous days. Drag the icon onto the empty space on the counter. If nothing else works you may want to restart the day or the previous day to see if that fixes the issue.
