Ending 13 help

How do I get this ending, where I'm Sangsu Ahn and I reunite with Yeongmi Mo? I know that I have to be greedy early on, but the first nightmare isn't revealing a piece of Sangsu's backstory, which is important for Yeongmi's quiz at the end of Week 6. I tried cutting off Jihye's and Dr. Choi's threads by selling the moonrock and not giving the broken HUE and gold coin to AVAC, and also refused to buy Nari's overpriced cup. However, all I'm getting in the first nightmare is "Bob" trying to escape the fire, with nothing about his backstory.

Okay, I got it already. When you get the moonrock, don't sell it to Darcy, and then hide it from Jihye when she asks you for it. That way, you can sell it at a high price of 400+ Vana. By then, you can easily earn 2,000V on the first week, and if your customers start commenting on how focused you are in doing business with them, you're on the Sangsu Ahn route.

No wait, I'm stuck again. I tried being more picky with the items I sell (no items Fairly Damaged or worse, no fake brands, etc.) and also tried getting only Prof. Choi arrested by buying his Crabgrass at twice the appraisal value and then not helping him with his project. Additionally, I refused to comply with or donate to AVAC because doing so just once revealed part of Bok Bae's backstory instead of Sangsu's (where he had to report to Dr. Gonam Choi everything, no matter how trivial). However, I didn't get anything in the second nightmare besides the MC feeling hopeless about the situation, when I was able to get the first part of Sangsu's backstory in his first nightmare by following my previous post. What should I do in Week 2 in order to get the second part?
