Art pieces with no signatures

Hi, so I recently got an artipiece of a person holding an Umbrella, but it had no signature or indication of creator. I tried using the "Fake/unidentifiable signature" card but it got rejected by the seller. Was this a bug or do stuff like this happen?

it had no signature and you used unidentifiable signature, when there is no signature there is a tab to rate artwork when there is no signature check artwork page

Give it a rating from the line of "failed/poor/fine" artwork (the top row of art)
