Ending #5

I've beat the game 4 times now and I'm wondering if anyone has got a good ending or knows how to get Ending #5? Is Ending #5 the good ending?

You can consider ending 5 as the "True ending" that reveals some important things about the plot. I also haven't got it yet, but I read the info on a Korean wiki said that you'll need to support the antidote's making from very beginning to the end , sell the letter about Yujin Oh , and there will be events happening that leads you to ending 5.

Thanks for the info, I would have had that ending if I didn't follow Jane's path because she kind of overrides it. Guess I'm starting a 5th playthrough.

Yeah that is a tricky one since it seems to overrides lots of endings. Like my first playthrough when I was trying to escape the city with Jisu's friend (moon rock girl) , but then I sold too much books for Jane and the system thinks I was going for that. I guess just don't help about spreading the beliefs at all unless you want that ending.

I finally got Ending #5, the good ending. The things that got me stuck the most were You have to make enough money to get hacked twice, and then donate 50k when the AVAC person asks about it. This makes it so when the Blackmailer tells you not to report or donate, you can still report Choi AND Jane when Choi asks you to, and to protect Choi from Jane. The Blackmailer will tell AVAC about you but the AVAC lady will ignore it since you already made that huge donation. The other part that got me stuck is Darcy gives you Yujin Oh's diary and then Seon asks to have it so she can burn it. You have to refuse and then give her the other antidote you have (I already gave one dose to Nari) and she'll use it to Un-fix Yujin Oh. Last thing to note, when the cat brings in that letter and the AVAC lady asks for it, don't give it to her and then sell it. The news reporter guy gets a hold of it eventually and tells you it has some important information on Yujin Oh.

IMO the Badapolis house isn't worth it, you just get the vaccine ending. Same as if you go with the Pension Plan thing. The second time I got hacked I had about $88k. If you're struggling for money, on another playthrough you could Auction off the Sundial, the one you buy a tip for from the store that says not to point out it's material. If you auction it you get ALOT. You also get a ton for auctioning off Einstein's Spoon. When the 2nd hack came, auctioning the spoon gave me more than enough money to keep buying items, but as a warning, when I got hacked the 2nd time with $88k, it left me with only $3500. The Spoon saved me there.

When you make enough money your bank account will get hacked, and a bunch of your money will be gone temporarily. If you make even more money after that it'll happen again. The 2nd time they'll ask you if you want to make a really big donation. If you do it, when the Blackmailer tells you not to report anyone, you still can and AVAC will look the other way when the Blackmailer rats you out. This allows you to Report Choi and the old lady, which you need to do to get Ending #5.

So I got the ending #5 too, what I did was

Didn't make enough money to be "hacked" HOWEVER it didnt seem to matter I think -because I helped professor enough to help him develop his cure. And I COULD report him because he asked me to, and then reported Jane to stop her from reaching him.

I had no problems with the blackmailer guy - I only paid him to be quiet to AVAC, BUT did not pay for my old friend's separate reward - and when my old friend (moon rock girl) came, i "didn't" prove myself to her by reporting some people a couple times. So, she went back to the blackmailer and told him i cannot be her friend. The blackmailer came back and asked me double price for her wanted reward. BUT after that, he never came back to test me about reports/donations so I could report Choi and Jane as I wished.

Also, I had to pay two different people to keep quiet when professor Choi was working in my shop- but I don't think those are related to our "personal" blackmailer dude who has a special appearance.

Also, made sure to offer *more* than the double price for professor's plant (so he doesn't sell it to me to avoid AVAC's bait), and I also sold the letter the cat brought in. The letter being circulated triggers Yujin Oh to "reveal" himself after we give Seon the remaining antidote.
