upgrading and delegating
just curious if theres a quicker way to upgrade town buildings in world view? instead of clicking each building one at a time and then clicking the upgrade and then clicking the building again to click thru th same cycle 4 more times for like 15ish slots? can i just shift click or something to fully upgrade a building? so tedious late game.

so about lords, delegating, and giving lands....is this useless? because after ur king u can only give out lands from your heritage basically? no matter if u conquer alllllllllllllllllllllll of europe, u still cant give away lands u control in serbia if ur england? seems backwards from a QOL standpoint....youd think as the game goes on u would be able to give away more and more responsibility instead of getting more and more overloaded while ur subordinates only take on the smallest percent of a percent of the workload.
---AND on that note...do they just never do anything right? always launching assaults into the most one-sided losing fights that are barely in proximity of the very manageable fight i originally sent them to....and the frequency they proc is so rare.
---coupled with the stifled delegation options/growth it makes them ~useless.

is there no way to establish governors or expand on the delegation to lords in non-historic lands? like how?

please enlighten me---tyia

You can build and upgrade all buildings from the world view -- it just costs a moderate amount of silver. But even in world view the buildings get upgraded one step at a time -- so more tedious clicks.

You can give any of your lands to your Lords, no matter where it is located. If you are playing with the Sultans and Kings DLC, then eventually your lords' armies will be like a swarm of locusts. Make sure you check their box to "Serve."

ty for the quick response

i'll try utilizing the 'in town' view more, maybe that will break up the tedium

i guess im just doin something wrong. i got 'serve' active i thought. but even if i 'add new lord' the list of lands i can give is limited only to my historical lands even when i control nearly everything. ---i'll hafta play with it some more

thanks again

When you are in the Chancellor's window, and have your nation selected, then you can choose one of your Lords and give him land. A check-the-box menu appears and you slowly go through the list of lands available and check the hamlet or city that you want to give him. The list will include all your cities and hamlets.
