Can't download the SiN Episodes SDK from Steam anymore.

As the title mentions, I have tried to look for it in the tools/software area of my library, and there was nothing there. I have also tried running the appID and force installing from there, but it just brought me to the store front page.

Any idea why this has disappeared from Steam?

You're following steam://install/1317 right? That pops up the option to install it for me

This guide https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1790116975 says it contains a Dropbox link to the files specifically for people who can't get it to install normally for whatever reason. Maybe try that
