Didn't unlock Radiant or RDY outfit, but all doors were unlocked?

Just beat the game and trying to clean up some easy achievements. I've opened up all the doors, but don't have RDY and Radiant outfits available. Is this a glitch or is there more you need to do?

Question: Did you leave the hypnotic eyes (the gift) equipped?

RDY should be in the hall behind door #8.
Radiant is in the room behind door #6.

Same issue for me. Have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but there is no outfit beyond door 6 or 8 for me (there might've been the first time, but they've not been properly collected as far as the game can tell and I can't remember exactly).

Can confirm the outfits are claimable, but the Purr-fectionist 'cheevo will not pop despite grabbing them.
