Hey there !
So, I've been playing the game on PS5 and I'm currently checking Steam discussions because I also have the same problem, so I was looking to see if there was any way to contact the dev team.
Seems I'm not alone in having this issue though.
I'm not a trophy hunter by any means but I've been REALLY digging the game and thought I would go for the platinum trophy for this one.
My "Radiant" outfit prevents me from doing that though.
I beat the level it came with (level 5 I think ?), grabbed the the oufit in the corresponding room and the skin is still locked in the store and I can't equip it.
It is now literally the only thing that I don't own in the store, preventing a silver and a gold trophy to pop, and eventually preveting the Platinum to unlock.
I know updates take longer to come to consoles and I don't think I've seen more than one update for the game.
I tried replaying through the level to see if it was offering the outfit again and everything else I could think of but to no avail, the outfit stays locked in the box.
Hopefully, fixes will be made for consoles as well.
Level 5 has been pretty buggy for me overall anyway. I had to play through it several times as gates wouldn't unlock in the castle part.

And yeah - we are mourning the loss of ps4 communities feature too - wild that the next gen consoles lost a direct contact method between the devs and players :/
Anyway, we've got the most recent patch that should address this (and the other wonky bits you mentioned) coming to consoles soon - no direct time yet - but I'll let you know as soon as QA give me a date!

Worked just fine.
The skeleton outfit (Radiant ?) was in room 6 again and I was able to grab it and it unlocked the 2 last trophies related to the in-game "store" so I'm still on the market for the platinum trophy yay :-D !!

The game is definitely one of the best indies I've played this year so let me also congratulate you all on that !
Game looks amazing, sounds just as good, the gameplay is very exhilirating and I loved all the cute / gory / over the top elements of the game.
An additional bonus as a PS5 player, the implementation on sound design in the controller is really good ! It's really cool to hear Gori purr in the controller's speaker when he goes idle and takes a nap and things like that !
