Regarding the micro stutters issue..! This is as you said a problem on the first run of the demo. We made a post about this issue here for other players to find:

I myself am responsible for the heavy shredds you described in the soundtrack, haha you got it - we use to describe it as a doomsday metal band running their tour bus right into a toy store xD

The demo has been updated with a shader compiler when you boot the game! This should reduce the micro stutters you have experienced. This feature will also be in the full game of course!

stutters are still present. the shader compilation is incomplete.
with all due respect, developers need to stop using the unreal engine unless they learn how to sort these issues out.
