How Do I get to Golnir, Uttaka, and Old Harkuna?

I've done all the quests I can find, but can't seem to find a path to these regions.

These regions will come with the full release. The early access only covers Books 1 & 4 of the gamebook series. Golnir, which includes Wishport, was in Book 2 (Cities of Gold & Glory) while Uttaka & Old Harkuna were covered in Book 5 (The Court of Hidden Faces).

Are books 3 & 6 intended to be included?

I believe they'll be released as expansions after the full release, together with Book 7. Then, if the game's a success, the unpublished Books 8-12 will follow.
