Motion-sickness during gameplay but NEED to play this game.
The demo made me cry because I'm in a very similar situation, however it makes me motion sick. It would be incredible to help people like me. Being able to change the FOV (no fish-eye lens) and pull the camera back from the character farther would help a lot! I have other suggestions, too. Thank you. The demo already meant a lot to me. <3

I loved the demo. I agree with the FOV. I get motion sickness a ton and it was one of the first settings I looked into. I'm so excited for the game. The demo ending made me sad :(

/warm blanket /hug ♥'s to you

i'm sorry you're feeling sad towards the end of the demo. ♥ i'm hoping it's the beginning of a healthy path for her. she can still be a warrior.
as an athlete, if you get an injury, sometimes it's best to take a break so muscles can heal.
her sword is too heavy for her to pick up, it seems like a real burden for her, not to be able to pick it up.
i wonder why the tea shop owner can pick it up? ♥ ^,^ ♥

edit: if i find out anything about changing the fov or anything, i will give a heads up. i get sim sickness, but mine is usually if there's an odd flapping happening.

It is sad- but I am hopeful like Saturnberry! I hope they add more features to help with motion-sickness so we can all enjoy!<3
I also would like to adjust the FOV. I didn't get bad motion sickness so I didn't try it but did you try the "dot for motion sickness" setting?

I did! I'm happy it was available! It does helps a little bit but I definitely have to cut off playing at about the 15-minute mark. Thank you for the suggestion though!

For other people having similar problems; putting in window mode and shrinking it down to where you can see your desktop around it sometimes helps a little, too. However, it's always a bit of a bummer to have to do that sometimes. :C

I made a post about this too, regarding indoor FOV and default ladder speed (Though thats changable). No dev response though. Doesn't look like they are active on the forum.

I know it's not technically a bug, but I wrote it in a bug report, seeing as more people seem to be struggling with it. Hopefully they'll address it.

Thank you so much for helping bring attention to it- I'd like to think the more notifications from other people, the more likely the devs might see that this is a problem.

for me, an option to disable the camera from moving on it's own while moving would help tremendously and I suspect that's part of the issue for others here too. Having the camera move automatically is a huge trigger for motion sickness in 3d games for me and some others.
