New Game+ and getting all the things

EDIT: It's quite unclear how to start a New Game+. I got to "The End", the game goes greyscale. It thought it was stuck but as I started typing this, I could access some stairs and Monster Gallery. I didn't know what else to do though as the scenery just loops. Finally, I just reset the game and went to Start Game. Hurrah.

Does anyone know how many girls/crowns/orbs there are? I know when I get all of something because of the achievements but that doesn't help with the rest (or replaying the game). EDIT: The New Game+ girl at the end tells you there are 19 crowns.

So, I got all the crowns (19) and all the girls (16). I thought I got all the orbs but there's no way to tell afaik.

Check your HP. Having all the orbs will have your HP at 3000. anything below that and you're missing at least one orb.
