Rune Shards?

I have two rune shards. I don't remmeber where I got the first, but I jut got one from the great pumpkin. Are there others available in the current state of the game, and if so, how do I get them?

I got one from defeating the boss blob at the end of the Mystery forest - I guess there is at least one more at the end of the Pirate islands.
If there are more giant blobs they might drop them as well.

As I recall there are four in the game at the moment:
- Forest Blob World Boss
- Mine Mushroom Boss
- Lake Lily-type Thing Boss
- 'Halloween' Pumpkin Boss

Wait, LAKE boss? How do I find a LAKE boss? Just keep fishing?

Ah, no, it's a bit tricky. See those lily pads on the lake (in some seasons)?

Aim your rod at each of them (one of them is a bit tricky, but it's doable). You'll fight a blob as you hit each one, and the boss after all five (can't remember if you fight a fifth small blob then the boss, or just the boss - but the boss does come after the fifth).

....Okay when I hit a lily pad my hook just bounces off. What am I missing? And which area specifically am I looking at?

....Okay when I hit a lily pad my hook just bounces off. What am I missing? And which area specifically am I looking at?

That only works when there are lily flowers on the waterfall lake during Solis season.

Where do I find the rest of them and how many blob worlds are in this game and how do I get into them?

There's also a poopbat boss in the sewer that you can only get to during frigus <3

if i remember correctly, i believe there are 6-8 bosses right now, thats including the seasonal boss. three in the blob worlds. one for each world, one seasonal and three in town

You must get a shard every time you beat the boss. 5 shards make a star.

how do you make the star from the shards? I have seven now and none of the tools I have do anything with them. I can make a star with the star shards in the foundry. but the foundry has the rune shards greyed out.

You have to melt them together like making ignots from ores.
