Blob List (WIP) (Spoilers, Obviously)
Still not 100% finished, but it's pretty close! I wanted to put this in the "Guides" section, but unfortunately, there seems to be a character limit. Oh and talking about guides, I know there's already a "Blobpedia and Abilities" guide on here, but the locations of the blobs in it are pretty vague.... This guide of mine has detailed instructions that will tell you exactly how to get the blob(s) you want! :steamhappy:

Edit: To increase your chances of getting the blob you want, I suggest reading these patch notes when you'll have some free time:
https://steamcommunity.com/games/1299170/announcements/detail/4366887660428104349

I decided to make a guide split in 3 in the guides section. Go take a look if you want:

#11 Clover Blob
---------------------
How to obtain:
- During the Founder's Day Festival event (Solis Season Week 5, Day 4), you can buy a Clover Blob Egg from Carnelian's shop for 55 Lucky Tickets.

OR you can donate a bunch of clovers before the festival for a FREE egg
About that, I have a whole bunch of clover items but I have no freakin' idea where to donate them. Can you tell me where? Ill go test it right away.
There's a clover donation booth in Solis where you find the traders during Ceres and the calendar in Frigus. That's also where Jade is during the Founders Day event. You get tickets if you donate some but don't fill all the pots, and the egg if you manage to give enough clovers. Not sure about the required amount though, never really counted.

Its clearly 150 or more. I just donated 130 clovers and got nothing. Ill have to go through another year and gather more later. X_X

I was able to get it by donating just 20 clovers. Once the buckets are filled, you should be fine.

Huh? Im confused.... I gave ONE HUNDRED THIRTY TICKETS to the booth and I got nothing. How the heck did you get an egg with just 20 tickets!? 😵‍💫

You did wait for the festival, right ? Jade will give you either tickets or the egg during the festival when you talk to her. I find it weird that the game lets you donate more clovers than necessary though I don't know if it's on purpose or not.

Geh... So I had to wait until the festival... Why didnt I think of that? :steamfacepalm:
You and FreyjasChosen only said that we had to donate tickets to the booth. I tried donating 5 tickets, then 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40.... I kept donating 5 tickets at a time, all the way to 130. Then I tried the exact same thing but I went to bed after donating tickets and I went back to the booth, thinking Id get an egg. Finally, I did the same thing a 3rd time but instead of sleeping once, I slept a whole week and I went back to the booth. Still Nothing... I was like "I may need more tickets. After all, they did say I needed a "bunch" of 'em."
Sigh... I really feel stupid.

Im in Ceres season now and I have no saves for the previous season. Ill have to test it next year. For now, Ill go write your trick in my guide and Ill give credit to the three of you.

Yeah sorry, should have been more clear in my explanation.

Dont worry about it. I was planning on eventually skipping several years while only getting the mithril ingot during the Blob banquet festival events to forge mithril tools. Im just gonna do it earlier than planned, thats all. XD

It's not just me thinking of doing that, then?

30 in-game years for the requisite mythril, though. 1800 days. And there's every possibility that on getting 10 ingots and trying to upgrade a 'not implemented yet' message is going to crop up. But I suppose I can save a backup save and try it.

And I am interested in what comes next after mythril. Malachite, possibly. And what I'm going to call Cloverium after that, though that'll be way down the line, whatever it's called. Or they might just go with the more sensible-sounding Adamantium/Diamond.

Nope, youre not the only one, but it might just be you and me though. From what I understand, people on here dont seem to be the type that likes to discover new things and explore new maps. T_T

Meh, no need for a backup, is there? Even if we do "waste" those 30 years, we'll already have the mithril necessary to craft those tools when the right update comes.

Yup, it has to be Malachite that comes after Mithril. Malachite Ore often pops up in the top right corner of the screen when I sell stuff. Dunno what comes next, but if Cloverium does exist, I think itll be the last type of ore that becomes available. Something like Mithril, Malachite, Adamantium, Orichalcum and finally Cloverium would make sense to me.

Well, whatever it is, only time will tell I guess. For now, we should think of actually going through those 30 years. XD
Theres more and more people on here that keeps asking the devs to make the game even more simpler than it already is and I really find that unpleasant. I was even starting to think that I should take a break of this game... But thanks to you, Im feeling really motivated now! Im gonna go test something in the game and then Im gonna start gathering those 30 mithril ingots! :steamhappy:

Yeah sorry, should have been more clear in my explanation.

Finally, a year went by and I was able to test your method of getting a Clover Blob Egg. Works great! Donating 20 clovers is indeed the minimum amount that we should donate if we want that egg. For fun, I even tried donating 50 clovers, 100 clovers, 150 clovers and finally, 200 clovers but I didnt see any changes at all.... T_T
I was hoping for an extra egg or maybe unlocking a secret mode in one of the mini-games or something like that. Me sad! T^T

But that aside, I thank you all for letting me know about the clover trick. The fact that I didnt think of interacting with the booth proves that theres still a lot of things I havent tried out yet. If you guys find some other way to get eggs that I havent listed in my guide yet, please lemme know! :steamhappy: Thanks again!

Just to reassure you, Mithril tools are already implemented in the game and theyre doing what theyre supposed to do (the pickaxe, at least. Havent unlocked the other 2 yet.)
Heres proof, just in case:

All right, there is someone crazier than me at least. I thought having a stardew save with 40 fully played years was nuts (I have like 10,000 hours in the game), but that above takes real commitment in early access.

I just skipped every single day of the year except for the last day of Ceres. Anyone can do that with a bit of patience. But you played a friggin 10k hours in Stardew Valley! TEN FRIGGIN' THOUSAND HOURS!!! If someone here is crazy, its you. ROTFL!! I just have a bit more than 100 hours in Ova Magica.

I love video games, but in my whole 33 years as a gamer, Ive NEVER played a game for 10k hours. I usually get bored of a game after 30~60 hours or in very rare cases, after 100 hours.

Seriously, I take my hat off to you. Oh and take my points as well, while youre at it! XD
