Constantly locking up on card pack / mail opening

I see many with this issue and no solutions from developers I am playing via Amazon Games and was going to purchase it for my son on Steam but not with this bug...

1920x1080 full screen on Amazon Games and on Steam both do the same.

System info
CPU: ryzen 5 5600 6-core 3501 mhz
Ram: 32gb
GPU: RTX 3070ti

Does this happen every time you try to open the mail or only certain times?
