'Karma' legendary card unlocking conditions

Does anyone know how to unlock this card? Guide states that you have to fulfill a phone request with a valuedifference of 30 or more. i fullfilled with a difference of more then 70 and got nothing.

For those who are still wondering, you have to indeed greatly fullfill a phone request. After that you get the 'karma' card in the next boosterpack you buy.
