Warm Snow Nintendo Switch Version

I have eShop credit and would like to buy this game for Nintendo Switch. Is the End of Karma DLC available on the switch version or not?

I am not a developer. it will definitely go online, but it may take a long time to wait

I understand you are not a developer. I am just finding very little information abut the console version of this game, so I thought I might try to get info here.
