Please help raise the water quality in the baths
Usually a bath is raising the happiness of everyone around. People usually enjoy using them, spending time in them... in some baths even swimming is practiced... other baths offer... maybe other services. So it'd be to be expected that when building one happiness in a town should increase but with the baths of my civ it's the opposite!

Just imagine what those baths must be like, when they cause unhappiness. Probably some underground vulcano spouts out sulfur into the water and making it stink... or maybe the marble used in them is to slippery? *taps his chin deeply in thoughts, then wanders around a bit thinking aloud*

Soooo.... summa summarum... either there are story elements around the baths in the capital city that did not show up properly... *swings around and wanders in a new direction* or there is a surprisingly big problem with water quality that might be a planned feature ... *swings around again, than looks towards the developers* or what exactly is the reason for baths to cost you happiness?

*looks curious, then orders that the bath has to be guarded and barricaded until the cities philosophers come back with a believable explanation*

Come to think about it... not being able to use the baths might be creating the unhappiness... is this a circular argument? *wanders of wondering about the wonderous baths and their irritating side effects*
