2560x1440 UI size and general UI problems

Firstly, when being in a game, moving the camera using WASD instead of the mouse causes the game to stutter for some reason, although my FPS is high enough (70ish).
The UI when I launched first the game was too big for me. I have a 2560x1440 27inch monitor. I turned off "Enable High Resolution UI Scaling" and it became better, but in the research/culture trees for example the description text is veery small and overall the UI is a mess to me. The icons in the trees are very low res and look bad. Some icons of resources also look really bad, horses/gold for example. In general, CIV6 looked more modern in terms of UI to me.
The menu also kind of looks a little blurred, I don't know why.
