vertical monitor setup

Hi, I'm having issues with how Civ 7 is handling vertical monitors.

The game is crunched together into a resolution that doesnt allow all content to be visible. What would potentially solve the issue is having the game be in windowed mode and me being able to set a custom resolution for the window (spanning three monitors).

has everyone dealt with this?
