Peace deal issue
Minor thing, but the moment you get offered a peace deal you have to either accept in this moment or you must decline. There is no way to e.g. check which city you are getting in the deal. It would be much more logical if you get the offer, esc to the world overview, check the location of the city you´ll get, and then go back to the peace offer and accept it. Annoying as hell

Second this, happend multiple times that the ai offers a peace deal with a city i've never seen and I can't check where it is.
In the second age I got a city that was soo far off that it didnt even connect to the trade network (or i dont yet understand how that works)

Also in the UI of the peace deal: scrolling of your own, the offered, and the enemies cities should be independent. It's very annoying that the offered cities just disappear (because of scrolling down) when looking through the enemies cities.

Also instead of only showing the yield and resource information when hovering over the cities in the peac deal, they should just be displayed right next to the city name/or at least give a toggle to show them next to the city names for all cites on screen.

This was an issue in Civ V too, never got fixed then,

I'd also appreciate a way to see where a given city is when brokering for pease - a mouseover mini-map at least
I've also run into this. I've found that if I just decline the deal and progress the turn I can then check out which city they wanted to give me and if I'm ok with it I can re-propose the deal during my turn and I've never had the AI decline. So in the end you can check out the city, you just have to re-propose the peace deal during your turn. Not ideal, but in the end you get what you want.
I want more options than just cities in the peace deals - why not money or resources as in previous versions of Civ
Worse, I accepted the deal. I was supposed to get a city from them. I didn't. This has happed twice this game, each time with a different civilization.
