Reliquary beliefs "Ecclesiasticism" doesn't work

Hello,

I picked the reliquary belief "Ecclesiasticism," but it doesn't seem to work. I've fully converted (2 symbols of my religion) 6 or 7 different enemy settlements (with at least 10 inhabitants), but I still have only 3 relics. I have several free spots to display them in my temples.

So, it seems to be a bug. Or is there something that I don't understand?

all the relict gaining beliefs only work if you are the FIRST religion in the given settlement
converting cities that are already following a religion will never give you a relict

my advice is to always take the belief where you gain relics from converting city states, because the AI for some reason doesnt seem eager to ever convert city states themself, so you arent really in a rush there
