Crashing in Civilization VII?

We’ve seen a few crashes in our data and want to help those who may be experiencing issues playing the game.

Wicked. Great product. Like, my brain can't comprehend what changed between the preview builds for all the content creators and full release...

DX12 and Vulkan, says launching... then never launch. Happy to pay for the 5 extra day

Game crashes without any details, warnings or signs what causes it. Crash happens in few minutes after launch no matter if you do anything or not. So basically it is time related and not affected by anything what you do with the game. Tried both DX12 and Vulkan options and both leads to same crash.

Steam says it is starting then nothing happens. Goes back to play button.

Tried running as admin, checked antivirus and firewall, checked everything is updated. Verified game files. Restarted multiple times.

Crashes every few minutes, 10 minutes play time 4 crashes, all before I can actually even start a new game, this is a joke.

Tried both DX12 and Vulkan on various graphics settings.
Doesn't matter what settings are used, crashes within 10 minutes.
Tried to limit fps 30/40/60/100 (via Nvidia App), nothing change.

It's impossible to play, actually.
Long time Civ player (from Civ1), i have pay for play 5 days before launch (i have founders edition).
This is unfinished game, you deserve bad review, honestly

Game crashes instantly when launching. Black screen will pop up for a second, followed by an error dialog box asking to send a report to firaxis

-tried uninstalling and reinstalling (both steam and the game itself)

-tried validating integrity of game files
