Crashing in Civilization VII?

We’ve seen a few crashes in our data and want to help those who may be experiencing issues playing the game.

There is no QA right ? you make us pay the EA for the QA ? Not possible so many problem right at start for so many people !

Same as some here. I press play and it doesn't matter if i pick Vulcan or Dx 12. It says running for about a minute then stops and the play button appears again. Tried verifying files, updating my video card and restarting my computer. None of it works. Very pissed off, i have been looking forward to this the past 2 weeks and spent money when i have no job. I posted a support ticket with 2K and hopefully i can get this game working by Monday. Otherwise i am going to want a refund.

cannot play for more than 2-3 minutes at a time before the game crashes and brings me to the 2k site, no logs.

I tried both DirectX 12 and Vulkan multi times each. both say launching, the screen goes black, then I get a crash notification.

The same problem: game doesn't start. I tried also both DX12 and Vulkan. It says running, and then just closes out. I don't even get a window to pop up. I've tried restarting, reinstalling drivers, and also verifying the files, too. So please help with an update.

Try launching Directx12 and vulcan same result for both, hit play wait mins cancel button comes up nothing launches or can be seen by task manager, after another min the play button goes green again

The bug that I found during my first two hours of gameplay is that when using my Mac accessories with the game and the m4 Mac mini, the game would start drifting to one direction and would be unable to correct. All of my accessories are new and when I would pause, save the game, and reload the drift would stop. Therefore I believe the drift to be a bug.

Cheers Dev. team you made a great creative addition to the franchise (started on the D.S. ), I will enjoy playing for many hours, it's already been great, just please fix the bug!

Running DX12. Randomly crash after a few minutes of gaming then it open the 2K website.

In the resources tab, clicking resources shift them to the left (I suppose they are awaiting for allocation) but I could never allocate them back to the right hand side.

it does not start either in DX12 or Vulkan, pc may be old but I han no issues with no game, this is first time so come on

Crash during the launch of the game, after 20-30 seconds of loading. Attempted three times without changes.

Game will not launch at all with either dx12 or Vulcan. Have run as admin. Updated windows and all drivers. Made sure firewall is clear for the game. Verified integrity of game files. No luck.

After choosing dx or vulcan. it sits on launching for 15-20 seconds but then nothing happens and it reverts to being able to click "Play" again in my library. No dialogue or windows launch at all after launching.
