I now just processed a refund! It seems that CPUs without AVX2 and SSE instruction sets are not supported by CIV7.

Same issue as everyone else. Crashes after 2-5 minutes regardless of what I'm doing - even if I'm doing nothing. DX12/Vulkan/settings make no difference

Game crashed during age transition from antiquity to exploration age.
Playing with Catherine as creek and was going Normans.
Try to load the save file the game crashes again every time.
The crash corrupted the save file for it.

My MacBook Pro is not that old (2020). Are MACs with Intel CPUs not supported?

Always crashing after lauch a rocket
*Edit, after 10 hours of this complain, I play a new game, now in the exploration age, when the game become crowded, it's oftenly crash, idk why. I realizing when I scroll a list of something like trade routes or buildings in my cities, my frame rate will drop, when I close the list, it will become normal again.
*Edit, after 20 hours, Im still stuck, cant play endgame, pls fix asap
"After checking your Dxdiag I see that you have an "AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics" graphics card, which does not meet the minimum requirements for the game.
The requirements to run CIV VII at 30 FPS on minimum setting are:
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4690 / Intel® Core™ i3-10100 / AMD Ryzen 3™ 1200
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 / AMD Radeon™ RX 460 / Intel® Arc™ A380"
So I had to do some checking to be sure I agreed with that assessment. And while I do not want to sound rude, I will say this... In all my years of computers I have never seen a company use the it's you not me line until now. So I sent them a message back and explain kindly that they were idiots.
The recommended requirements from Steam and the 2k are as follow.
RECOMMENDED:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Win 10 64 Bit
Processor: Intel Core i5-10400 / AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA RTX 2060 / AMD RX 6600 / Intel Arc A750
DirectX: Version 12
Storage: 20 GB available space
And they were saying that my AMD RX 6700 does not meet those requirements. Last I checked 6700 is BIGGER than 6600. Now that being said maybe it was some other spec within the card. NOPE!. My card should have 0 problems running this game. I must say I am disappointed in the support 2K has given.
SAME HERE. Come on, please fix it or give us a refund.
CPU: intel core i7-10750h @2.60Ghz

i experienced crashes roughly 2-7 minutes after launch after first launching the game. Thought i had fixed it when i updated my graphics driver to 572.16, as it stopped crashing and i managed to play through a game and had no problems. However now its back to the same issue of crashing 2-7 minutes after launch.

The game tries to start, and then after a moment the button returns to the "play" position.
